I like the way ZoomIt allows you to easily toggle between zoom in and zoom out. Many zoom products lock you into a zoomed view or a non zoomed view. Once you turn zoom it on you may use the ctrl+1 (or any shortcut you designate) to turn ZoomIt on or off. Once on, the mouse wheel or the arrow keys adjusts the amount of zoom.
